The hotel is situated in a great location close to restaurants and shops, the bedroom has a very comfortable bed, and the staff are friendly and helpful.

Staff was friendly, helped us with everything. The apartment was air-conditioned. There was a roll-in shower in the private bathroom. Location was good and stunning, very close to a bus station, so you can save on transportation👌🙂

Nice welcome from host. Got a shower, a hairdryer, and bath sheets, available in the bathroom. Marvellous and stunning location, close to some of the must sees in Seville, like Seville Museum of Fine Arts, based a short walk to the place. Nice surrounding, set in the center.

We stayed at Monsalves 39 for 5 days in October. The location was central, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The apartment was spacious and clean, with a well-equipped kitchenette. The communication and check-in process was smooth, and we appreciated the coded locks for easy access. a great stay!

Terrace walls too high, no view.

We had a fantastic stay at this centrally located apartment. The terrace offered a peaceful escape, even though the view was obstructed by high walls. The self check-in process was secure and convenient, with coded locks for both the building and the apartment. The contemporary design and cleanliness of the apartment were impressive. I highly recommend this place for its great location and comfortable amenities.
